Martina Franca
Martina Franca overlooks the Itria Valley with its elegant Baroque historic centre, lined with noble palaces, churches and quiet alleyways. Every year, in the second half of July, the town hosts the Festival della Valle d’Itria, an internationally renowned opera festival known for its rediscovery of rare works and the excellence of its productions.
The Ancient Villages of the Itria Valley
The Itria Valley is dotted with historic villages of great charm.

Matera

The sea of Salento
Masseria Tagliente lies approximately 30 km from both the Adriatic and the Ionian Sea. The choice of coastline often depends on the direction of the wind.
With the warm sirocco winds, the Adriatic coast offers beaches and cliffs between Ostuni, Torre Canne, Savelletri and Torre Guaceto. With the cooler tramontana winds, the Ionian coast offers the best conditions, with clear waters and long sandy shores.
