Cooking & Flavours
At the masseria it is possible to organise cooking classes dedicated to the preparation of traditional dishes using local and seasonal ingredients, as well as demonstrations of dairy-making, including ricotta, mozzarella and local cheeses, followed by tastings of local products.


Landscape and nature
The Woodland
Along the paths that cross the woodland surrounding the estate, guests can enjoy walks through the natural landscape around the masseria and reach the Grotta delle Cento Camere, once a hideout for brigands, and the Gravina, striking natural sites that reveal the wildest and most authentic side of the region.
History and rural life
The Masseria
Guided tours of the masseria and its historic spaces can be arranged to discover the history of the estate and its agricultural role over time. The visit includes the Chapel of San Martino and the old stables, where ancient farming tools and traces of rural life are still preserved.
